Back in 2018, I was an ICU nurse who discovered her passion for travel, but I didn’t want to go alone and I could never find friends that would commit. I decided to hang up my stethoscope and start a business hosting group trips for women that wanted to “go global” and check their bucket lists – TOGETHER! So far, I’ve taken over 200 women on trips through 9 different countries from Jordan to Egypt to Greece and I’m just getting started!

Are flights included?

International airfare is not included. You’ll be responsible for getting yourself to and from our designated arrival city—but once you land, we’ve got you. From airport pickup to all in-country transportation, we handle everything so you can fully relax and enjoy the ride.

Can I come solo?

Absolutely! Most of our girls do and leave with new besties. Travel Girl Gang trips are intentionally designed to be solo-travel friendly, and you'll be matched with a roommate (unless you book a private room, subject to availability). Many of our travelers leave with lifelong friends. We have had women travel on trips together and even be in each other’s weddings!

How do I know what airport to fly into?

Don’t worry, we make this easy. Once you book your spot, you’ll receive a detailed travel guide including the arrival and departure airport, ideal flight windows, and any timing tips to ensure a smooth first day. We always recommend arriving earlier in the day if possible, so you have time to settle in before our welcome dinner.

What happens on arrival and departure day?

Our arrival and departure days are intentionally relaxed—no rushed schedules or early call times. On arrival day, we typically kick things off with a welcome dinner and a casual group intro. Departure day is flexible with no scheduled activities, so you can book a flight that works best for your itinerary or onward travel plans.

Is it safe to travel with Travel Girl Gang?

Your safety is our top priority. We’ve hosted hundreds of women on trips to destinations like Egypt, Tanzania, Belize, and beyond. Each trip is led by a trusted local guide and one of our trained Travel Girl Gang hosts. That said, we always encourage street smarts and awareness just like you’d use in any big city. Most guests tell us they feel safer traveling with us than they do at home.

How much extra money should I bring?

It totally depends on your spending style! Some women spend very little, while others love to shop, sip, and splurge. We recommend budgeting around $300–$500 USD for souvenirs, extra snacks, and tips. Most destinations have easy-to-access ATMs and money exchange options, so you won’t need to carry large amounts of cash however if this is different for your trip, we will let you know ahead of time!

What if I’ve never traveled internationally?

No problem at all. We’re here to guide you every step of the way, from passport questions to packing tips. We send you everything you need to know in advance so you feel confident and prepared before departure.

What’s your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our trips and the limited spots available, all payments are non-refundable. That said, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to your plans.
